Michelle Hermans
Michelle Hermans graduated at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ghent University in 2017. During her study, she developed a special interest for veterinary neurology. In 2018 Michelle did a small animal orientated Rotating Internship and started a Neurology Residency end of 2018, both at the Small Animal Clinic of Ghent University. In 2022 Michelle successfully finished her residency and is now ECVN Diplomate. Michelle is currently working at a referral center in Belgium, Dierenkliniek Orion (Nesto). Within neurology Michelles special interest are Neuroimaging, Neuromuscular diseases, and Epilepsy. Michelle is author and co-author of several research papers and case reports.

Federica Poli
Federica Poli
Federica graduated with honors from the University of Pisa in 2009, with a thesis on the treatment of canine epilepsy. She worked in general practice at Valdinievole Veterinary Clinic since 2010, with a main interest in clinical neurology and neuroimaging. In 2015 she started an ECVN Residency under the supervision of Massimo Baroni, and she is currently ECVN Board eligible. Federica is member of the Italian Society of Veterinary Neurology since 2011 and member of the European Society of Veterinary Neurology since 2012.

Kimberley Stee
Kimberley Stee
Kimberley graduated from vet school in 2013 at the University of Liège. She then completed a rotating internship in companion animals at the same faculty, followed by a 4-year specialisation training (ECVN residency) at Ghent University. She then worked for 3 years in a large multidisciplinary referral center in UK and obtained her European Diploma in Neurology & Neurosurgery (ECVN Diploma), before returning to Ghent University.
Kimberley loves all aspects of neurology, but has a particular interest in genetic diseases, neurosurgery and feline neurology. She is currently working on her PhD on hereditary ataxia in dogs.

Emmelie Stock
Emmelie Stock
Emmelie graduated in 2012 as a as Master in Veterinary Medicine at Ghent University (Belgium), with great distinction. After graduation, she started a medical imaging internship at the same university. This was immediately followed by a residency in medical imaging (small animal track), combined with a PhD project, still at Ghent University. The PhD, on contrast-enhanced ultrasound of feline kidneys, was successfully defended in May 2017. She became EBVS® European Specialist in Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging® (Dip ECVDI) in February 2019. She stayed at the Medical imaging department of Ghent University where she combines clinical work with research.
